Description: The first of its kind in Austin, this student housing development was designed to deliver an efficient living environment tailored to the needs of today’s students. The project prioritizes speed of delivery, sustainability, and long-term performance, allowing the architecture to respond quickly to market demand without compromising quality. A streamlined construction approach developed in collaboration with Prescient supported the design intent, enabling efficient floor layouts, a lightweight and resilient building envelope, and enhanced life-safety performance. Together, these strategies resulted in a cost-effective, forward-looking residential development that balances thoughtful design, durability, and long-term value.
